Happy Halloween!

Never in my life, have I felt so unprepared for a holiday. I have not put up any of my Halloween decorations at home nor have I bought any candy for the kids tonight. So FYI, if you are going to be trick or treating on Greensferry, don't come by my house. :) I do not have anything to give you...sorry. Unfortunately, some people go up to houses even when the porch light is OFF.
No porch light = no candy...Get it?
I am looking forward to an evening of scary TV and pumpkin gooey butter cake with french vanilla cool whip on top. I might even try to get some scrapbooking done. I am still working on Christmas gifts and the more I get done, then less I have to do Friday night. That means I will have time to do stuff for me! *i have my selfish moments* :)

More Photographs...

Here are some of the pics that were taken of Nick and Whitney on Saturday. They were taken at Bollinger Mill and it was a beautiful day. We had a LOT of fun. Have I mentioned that Nick is a dork? Oh well, it runs in the family... Enjoy the photos!

What a Wild Weekend

I have certainly been busy busy busy...Saturday morning I did a shoot for a family that I work with. It was a lot of fun and their little Emma is adorable! Saturday afternoon I photographed my brother and Whit for their engagement photos. I went to bed late Saturday night...or should I say early Sunday morning...because I stayed up editing and working with Nick and Whit's pics. They turned out pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. I also tried putting together a little slide show with some music to show at their engagement party which was on Sunday. It didn't turn out so great, but it was my first time, and it was really late at night, or early in the morning, however you want to take it.
The party was a lot of fun and it was great meeting Whit's family. They are really nice and I enjoyed talking with them. Mom outdid herself with the food and decorations. Everything looked beautiful and the soups were delicious. It seemed like everyone enjoyed themselves. I am happy that I got to see Mrs. Nickell and my Grandma. I haven't seen them in a long time and I miss spending time with them. I look forward to the wedding next year. It should be an interesting and entertaining event!
Guess I should get back to work. I will post pictures from Saturday tomorrow...if I can remember to bring some with me.

Great...I finally figured out how to add my picture.
My cards for the November 10th, Small Town Girls retreat are finished and will be at Stamps & Scrapbooks tomorrow. Signups will also start tomorrow for that retreat. I will take pictures tonight and add them to the STG blog, as well as this one, on Monday.
Now...I must get back to work (or something like it). Have a fantastic day!
