The Other Wedding

So here is the second wedding I shot this summer. The bride and groom were so much fun, and the entire family just seemed to accept me into fold. Jodie went with me to help and she was amazing! I couldn't have done it without her. This was an early July outdoor wedding and it was HOT! The venue had buildings with electricity, but no air conditioning. We survived...barely. Thankfully, it began to cool off and a nice breeze picked up. Little did we know that some amazingly beautiful clouds were going to blow in and then it came a downpour for about 45 minutes. So the wedding started a little late...nobody cared, and that was awesome! It was so great being able to work for such a laid back, friendly couple. Enjoy the photos!

Busy Summer

Well, it has definitely been a very busy summer! Between the photo shoots, Nick's wedding, and work, I have barely had time to eat let alone post on this blog. Eh, who am I kidding, I ALWAYS make time to eat. :)
Anyway, I just wanted to share a few of the pics that I took over the summer.
I will start with a small wedding I shot in April. Please keep in mind that this was my first wedding, and thankfully it was for my best friend! Congrats to Kerri and Larry!

Pandora Radio

My friend Darlene totally got me hooked on this site called Pandora Radio . It is a cool place that lets you put in the name of a favorite artist or song title, and then puts together a playlist of similar music. You can create multiple radio "stations" of your favorite music! I love it! It is great background music for when I am working at work, home, or while I am editing pics on the laptop. You have to sign up for an account, but it's free, and they don't ask for a ton of information. Once you sign up, it saves your stations so you can access them every time you log in. PANDORA RADIO ROCKS!!! Check it out...
